for the Viberos mobile application

1. Age restriction

The application is provided only to users who are at least 18 years old.

2. Permissions we request

Location – required by Android to scan for Bluetooth devices; no coordinates are collected or stored.

Microphone – used for real-time voice commands and video chat; audio is not recorded or saved.

Camera – scanning QR-codes and video chat between users in the same room; video is not recorded or stored.

Photos & media – an image is saved to the gallery only if you explicitly choose "Share" or "Save"; no files are created otherwise.

3. Information we handle

We do not collect, store or transmit any personally identifiable information. Remote control is possible through a "room": any user who enters the same code (letters, digits or mixed) can join. When you leave the room or close the app the connection ends instantly and no data persists. Video/audio streams are peer-to-peer and are neither recorded nor cached on any server.

4. Data retention

Any transient session data is deleted immediately after you leave the room or close the application and is not kept longer than one minute.

5. Security

All real-time streams are end-to-end encrypted by the native WebRTC layer; connections are established directly between devices without an intermediate server.

6. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA)

Because we collect no personal data, no additional action is required. If you have questions, contact us at the address below.

7. Third-party services

The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-tracking SDKs. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
